Booker Estate wines are produced and distributed by The Red Kangaroo Wine Company, an Australian producer and exporter of premium and award winning wines. Their vineyards and wine making facilities are located in Barossa Valley and other wine growing regions which produce excellent quality and unique varietal styles including Shiraz from Great Western, Riesling from Eden Valley, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra.

  Shiraz grapes from the red ‘Terra Rossa’ soils are used in making this wine giving it an immense varietal and regional typicality. When poured in a glass, this purple magenta coloured drink emanates strong blackberry nose with liquorice and aniseed aromas lingering in the foreground. Releasing red cherries and dark chocolate flavours, the wine has a rich palate with subtle tannins and balanced acidity. The lingering changes the wine taste making it new every time. Serve it with beef and black bean sauce dish or a char-grilled steak on a potato rosti with a rich reduced red wine sauce.
