Black currant mint and cedar are the prevailing characters with milk chocolate and pencil shavings common characters in high quality Cabernet Sauvignon from this region. The palate has black cherry and black currants providing the core whilst spearmint, spice and cedar add another layer of depth and complexity. Milk chocolate combines with finely grained tannins to provide a smooth ride and a touch of acid on this finish gives the wine a wonderful final kick. Lambert Estate Mustang Sally Barossa Valley Shiraz 2018 Deep vibrant garnet. Aromas of vanilla, plum and cherry with hints of savoury black olive. Fresh red berries and cherries complimented with tastes of cinnamon, earth and eucalyptus. The smooth, silky tannins give this Shiraz a dry, mellow finish. Niche Pinot Gris 2021 Very pale straw with light green tinge in colour. Crisp and refreshing with tingly acidity with ripe citrus flavours of lemon, lime, kiwifruit, which follow through to the finish. Fresh lime, orange and passion fruit aromas. Perfect partner to mouth watering seafood oysters kilpatrick or chilli crab. Niche Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 Crimson with magenta/purple hues. Classic, varietal aromas of cassis with some choc-mint all work seamlessly with plums and soft oak undertones. A medium bodied wine with a rounded fruit driven palate that features rich, round velvety tannins, with plum, cassis and cherry flavours whilst the oak is soft and just a passenger. Normans Bin C108 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2020 Vibrant straw with brilliant clarity. Fresh, grassy herbaceous with vibrant gooseberry. Lively citrus and tropical fruits and a refreshing crisp acidity. Jack In A Box Bendigo Riesling 2019 Pale straw. Lifted floral aromatics with pear and apple notes. Off dry style with lime, apple and pear flavours. Lively yet has a mellow mid palate with a wonderful line of natural fruit acidity adding complexity to the finish. Normans Holbrooks Road Chardonnay 2021 Pale straw with green hues. Highly aromatic style showing lovely notes of tropical fruit highlighted by peach, mango and citrus blossom.Fruit driven unoaked style reflecting characters on nose perfectly with peach, fresh mango, and cream. Overall fine and creamy with a touch of nuttiness and zingy citrus.  A refreshing wine with beautiful natural fruit acidity providing length and the finish is savory and textural.
