A sixth project from Apple Jack, their burgeoning hospitality group, is scheduled to open later this year. With so much on their plates, it’s not surprising these in-demand entrepreneurs change their attire over the course of a day. “I like to be more understated than showy,” says WattsCarroll, his simpatico business partner, agrees: “Exactly, not too showy but sharp.”
